Bay Area Figurative Art: 1950-1965This is a wonderful book with a specific emphasis on the bay area figurative scene circa 50's & 60's. His great books e.g. Muy útil, se aprenden muchas cosas. Saul Steinberg died on 12 May and, in preparing an appreciation for publication, I revisited some of his books, most of which are out of print, alas. The color illustrations are excellent. Saul Steinberg is the greatest cartoonist of the 20th century. I love Steinberg's work. It should be in every enthusiasts library..
