It's a good start for ppl who know very little about El Che but quite unsatisfying for the fans of this controversial political leader. This was okay. Savvier readers than I remember Thomas from Night Broken and Frost Burned. And I'm not much of a cook so I skipped the recipe section.If you've been living gluten free for longer than six months, you probably know most of the information in this book.
